For over three decades, Edinburgh has hosted iconic Hogmanay celebrations for locals and tourists alike, and this year is no exception. This year 45,000 revellers from around the globe will party their way into 2025 with a feast of entertainment throughout the city centre, including live music, DJ’s, Giant Screens, International Street Theatre, Pipers, Drummers, funfair attractions,and delicious street food & drink throughout the arena, creating a carnival of light and sound to bring in the New Year. If you haven’t bought your tickets yet, they’re going quickly, and you don’t want to be standing on the outside of this awesome party! A general admission ticket will get you access to three special zones that each host a different vibe of party, so there’s truly something for everyone. The** DJ Zone** is led by Hot Dub Time Machine and special guest Arielle Free, bringing a show packed full of non-stop bangers from 1962 to 2024, making it the perfect party night out. The **Tartan Zone** is the place to be for Scottish trad music and high energy tunes that will have you birlin’ into 2025, and the **Street Theatre and Performance Zone**brings pipes, drums, puppets, and so much more entertainment to the City Centre. All these zones will be off-limits to non-ticket holders, so make sure you get in on the action! One of the most important parts of a New Year celebration is the fireworks, and pyrotechnic wizards Titanium are once again leading the Midnight Moment! They’ll be lighting up the Edinburgh skyline with one of the world’s best New Year’s firework displays and light shows, setting the scene for a very unforgettable night.
