## Getting Here

Edinburgh’s Christmas is spread across the city centre. A number of events in our programme are hosted by external organisations and occur in various locations across the city, so make sure to double-check your event’s page.

### By Bus

Lothian Buses operates over 70 bus routes in and around Edinburgh. Their website and App can be found at [lothianbuses.com](https://edwinterfest.com/edinburgh-christmas/lothianbuses.com), and offers up-to-date timetables and maps, as well all the different ticket types.

### By Tram

### By Rail

The nearest railway station to Edinburgh’s Christmas is Edinburgh Waverley which is approximately a 2-minute walk from the entrance to East Princes Street Gardens. The most direct route is via the Waverley Bridge exit, which is also step-free. 

LNER operate fast, frequent services to Edinburgh from destinations up and down the East Coast Mainline, including Newcastle, York and London King’s Cross. Services also operate to and from Aberdeen and Inverness.

### By Coach

### By Car

There is no designated parking for the event. There are some parking spaces and multi-storey car parks in the city centre, but please note these will be busy due to the time of year. There are park and ride facilities available on the outskirts of the city too.
